On the ranking basis there are four university which are running there several programs for the the decade. The most popular university in Nepal is Kathmandu university.
Kathmandu University is autonomous, non-profit, non-government organization dedicated to maintain high standards of education. It is a well known University nationally and Internationally.
Kathmandu university is located in Dhulikhel Municipality 30 km east to Kathmandu. At present the university offers various undergraduate, graduate, and post graduate programs in Art, education, Engineering, Management, Medical science, Science and Law.
The Academic programs of the University are based on the credit semester system with continuous internal evaluation.
